I think it's BS. Nothing like giving funding and jobs to people who aren't citizens of this country. Again...I can't go to college because like most Americans, my family isn't wealthy enough to shell out that 30,000 a year but isn't poor enough to have a big handout from the government. These people? Will be educated for free. By the American taxpayer. And they'll have jobs. That? Pisses me off.
