I looove Cheerios. I hardly ever buy cereal because I just glutton out on it. Honey Nut Cheerios are awesome, too. I kinda wish I had that right now.
I am having strawberries with them. Does that count?

No. You have to eat broccoli with them.

How's your "eat for your brain" diet overhall going? Have you tried Contessa brand frozen bag veggies/chicken with yummy teriyaki kind of sauce? I just discovered it.

It's going ok, although it was difficult to eat healthfully on the roadtrip, esp. because my mom has become a borderline fast food junkie. also nearly impossible to get any exercise, except when we were at the grand canyon. when i'm being really good, though, i notice a marked difference in my mood, and my desire/cravings for unhealthy food have decreased greatly. I couldn't even finish a small ice cream cone tonight because it just seemed too sweet and too much. I'll have to go find that contessa stuff because it sounds really good.

That's great!
I've been noticing that, too, about reduced cravings. I was like..."I want to eat veggies and apples!" All last week I didn't have any food except apples, those veggies I just said, and popcorn with coconut oil. Except that one day when my boss bought me a burrito, which is rice, beans, chicken, guac. Not exactly unhealthy.

But I had so much energy, I couldn't go to sleep, and I totally felt good, mentally. And I lost weight.
I ate crapfully finally today, and it isn't cool. I feel lethargic, I took a nap earlier. Back to veggietown for me. But the Contessa is kind of expensive - when I first bought it it was on sale for $5/bag, but it went back up to $8 this week. I bought one bag anyway, but I was going to get two.

I just drank a big glass of soy milk, and there was a big lump of white stuff at the bottom of the glass - I thought it tasted strange

damn, that burrito sounds good. i'm having mexican tomorrow night, but the place we're going to uses white american cheese on everything. who does that?

i've been looking for coconut oil everywhere but i can't find it. oh, and i don't think i want so much energy that i can't sleep, since i already have insomnia issues (which is why i'm awake at 4:35 a.m.), but actually, eating well and exercising totally fixes my sleep issues, so it's all good.

Oh, that is good! Insomnia sucks. I've heard yoga helps with insomnia, too, but it also gives me more energy. But calm energy.
I'm so glad it's helping you and working out.

You can order coconut oil online.
http://www.tropicaltraditions.com/vi...oconut_oil.htm

That burrito is good. A bunch of days a week - my boss does a lot of delivery errands - he says "okay, I'll be back" and I'm always all "you're going to get burritos, right?" and basically try to mention burrito as much as possible. He gets a big one and we each have half. The best part is, next to the actual burrito, is that he buys it. I would say average once every two weeks, sometimes more. It's like, 6 dollars.
Edit - that coconut site is kind of expensive because it's really high quality. You can find cheaper, I'm sure.

Thanks for the link.

I really want to start doing yoga, but I think I want to start with a class because I don't want to do things wrong, you know?

and speaking of burritos, i had a totally awesome turkey wrap in OKC, but it was supposed to have guacamole on it and they didn't put it on there. I whined about it for like 4 more states. has anyone ever been to markie's in OKC?
