Boooo. Her cover of Time after Time sucks. Sounds like she's dying, which is... I guess bitchy of me, since she's dead now.

NP: Candyman - Siouxsie

I don't much like anything else of Eva Cassidy's, but that version of 'Songbird' is on another level - I feel like crying every time I hear it

Oh yeah and to 'Candyman' - my favourite track after 'Cities in Dust' on 'Tinderbox'...

NP: Snow Patrol & Martha Wainwright - Set Fire to the Third Bar

I wish I had a needle for my record player... I'm dying to play Tinderbox on there. I wonder where I'd be able to find one now.

NP: Run, Run, Rudolph - Chuck Berry

Don't you have any record stores near you? They usually stock needles...

NP: JJ Cale and Eric Clapton - When This War is Over

Oh yeah, and to anyone that is reading, the new Cale & Clapton album is off the hook - definately recommended

Yeah... I was just there on Tuesday, which is when I got the Siouxsie stuff. I also found the single for Broken English, and a few gifts for Carrie, but don't tell her what they are. I didn't think to look for needles, tho. Durr. Smooth, right?

NP: Home Alone on tv.
