A Nature Valley Sweet and Salty Nut granola bar - almond flavor.

It's a chewy granola bar with lots of almonds that's been dipped in almond butter. These things are very addicting. They also come in cashews and mixed nuts.

Those things are SO good! I love the almond kind. Have you tried peanutbutter? That's another favourite of mine, but I find it ultra salty.

Right now, I'm eating biscotti with coffee.

I just had a quesadilla w/ low fat cheese (2%) and some guac...and a smidge of my favorite green chile sauce...it was good - but I've just now realized I forgot the salad that I was going to eat with lunch. Dang.

Oh well - I'll eat it later...for now I'm off to the gym
