So I spent all day yesterday being poked and prodded and fitted for a new wheelchair. Gonna be looking at some websits. Picking one out and placing the order.....then waiting, 3 to 6 months.

I don't know what the heck is going on, but condoms keep appearing at the front desk at my job!

This place is just getting too strange....

Myself and this hiatal hernia are really starting to fall out, now. For the third night in a row I'm going to bed with severe heartburn. It knows my weakness is my (possibly) naive distrust of all pharmaceuticals.

I'm have a weird week. My step-father died on Monday night after a long battle with numerous health issues. I feel bad that I don't really feel too bad about that. In fact, it's really a nice resolution to that part of my life, since except for one step-sister and her son, I really don't have any attachments to my step-family.

As mentioned, I'm in the reunion process with my biological family. My siblings are currently planning a trip for Memorial Day weekend for our first face-to-face meeting, and I've been really excited about it. Well, I got a phone call tonight from my brother. He and his wife just found out today that she is six months pregnant!

Congratulations! I know that customized wheelchairs are very expensive & take a long time to make.

I hope it turns out well for you. I think I was a little disappointed in meeting mine. It's funny....I think I expected them to be perfect, or better than me. I think I'd always thought that I'd have grown up....as a better, happier, more successful person, HAD I grown up with them. But I now know that getting adopted was the best thing for me(given that my siblings all had far greater problems than I).

But just knowing them, and meeting them, and finding out who they are, is very freeing, and cathartic. I'm very happy that you're going to meet them.

Nothing wrong with that, lol. A large chunk of my Mum's friends used to work as Drag Artists at the real Birdcage when it was open in Blackpool. One of her best friends is a 6 foot bearded man named Tallulah XD

Unhappy My ex-girlfriend...

is a psycho!

We broke up the weekend before Thanksgiving due to the fact she could not take care of herself (i.e. - Two separate trips to different ER's with the same result of a positive U.A. test for "Barbituates in her system not consistent with the prescription meds that she is on") and then someone who knew her wanted to me contact her since somehow she accused me of posting photos/etc. on a craigslist personal page - SO I cleared the air of that...and we started to talk again...

Of course someone then starts to send me anonymous text messages to my phone because I am talking to her again, So instead of getting pissed/upset of the harassment (Which would have happened in my dumber/younger years) I went the common sense route and turned it into the D.A.'s office!

My ex-girlfriend then flips out because I cannot tell her who it was that sent the text's - because of the legal issues - and started to trip out on me, cussing me out, etc. - even playing the pity-party trip on me...

I don't need the stress or that kind of trip - all I wanted was to see it things could be patched up between us if she could get her issues in check...

So much for me being wrong about her

Edit: She has tried to sugarcoat things now, I am a forgiving man, but also a skeptical soul...

Cool Well...

just waiting to see what the doctor's verdict is in regards to my left leg issue - Either I had an allergic reaction to the sunlight on Saturday - Was bitten on my leg by a spider that infected my foot or I have a bloodclot growing in the ankle area...

All the above just for sitting at the lake's edge with my barefeet in the water relaxing the weekend away.
