Certainly the song wasn't written about Stevie. But she did briefly cross paths with Prince. She constructed Stand Back using Red Corvette as a template.

Stevie is (was?) a sexual being, yes, but the idea that she'd sing a song about luring a man with her vagina is extremely far-fetched, IMO.
I honestly don't think "Sister Honey" is about anything sexual. I do think it's about cocaine tho.

"Well I think you will like Sister Honey, she will help you make up your mind" (it's a powerful drug.)

"Even if you don't need her, tell her you need her, she needs you brother" (coke is really, really addictive.)

"And she'll go fast like jet plane, and fast like a star stream, and she'll hit you with a fury, whispering the words one more time, baby..."
Cocaine makes you speedy.

"Don't let that golden hair get in your way.." (While your doing lines up your nose???)

LOTS of cocaine references.

And how ironic that this song almost sounds like a Prince song. I personally love it, it's real funky!
