I had a South Beach Diet 100 calorie snack bar for the first time for my mid-morning snack. It was very tasty.

Lunch is sushi today. Yummmmmmmmmmmm!

After my "vacation" and the resulting eating like poo....I am back to the eating better thing - and am currently munching on some carrots.

And looking back onto my time in NM - it turns out I didn't do as bad diet wise as I thought I did...and much to my happiness all my pants still fit

I think I just made myself the nicest lunch I have ever had. Two pepper steaks, cooked with salt, soya sauce & extra pepper (Im a pepper fiend) and A garden salad with white vinergarette sauce.
