it was a ridiculously beautiful day here, so i took the dog for a long walk and flew kites with the kids next door. yes, i am 22.

I have gone running the past 2 nights. Same distance again...with stopping to walk. My mom didn't want me to run today, but I felt up to it and I had a really fun time believe it or not. It was about 65 degrees here around 6 PM. It was beautiful!

lisa - is there a switch on the side that says "toonies/pounds"? try moving it over to "pounds." might help!

I don't mean to brag or anything, but I lost another 3 1/2 lbs. this week with WW That's a total of 15 lbs. I'm actually at goal now but I'm going to try and lose another 5, since I paid for 12 weeks and its only been 8 weeks

Thanks I bumped up my exercising, from speed walking 30 min to running 30 min. I think it's paying off, plus I gain an extra activity point, which I then trade for a food point, which then totally blows my whole theory

No, theory not blown. Your metabolism is burning calories much faster, and with the increased activity, it's a win-win situation. You can eat a bit more and still lose weight!
