i'm so glad it's bike riding weather again! yayyyyyyy! i'm going to get a new helmet with a ponytail thing. i hate exercising with my hair down, and i have to with my current, stupid helmet.
Mine are. I hate them. HATE, I say. I would never fly kites with them. I would, however, try to trip them with the kite string.

And they have helmets that accomodate a ponytail? This is the most exciting news I've heard all week. I'm thinking of asking Mark to get me a new bike for my birthday - reading this may have sealed the deal.

Did my own homemade Core Secrets workout again last night during Idol. I'm nicely sore this morning. The eating is going great - Theresa will be thrilled to know that I even went out & bought a cute little notebook from the dollar store to log my meals.

lemme know how this goes. I've tried a zillion times to do this, but end up not doing it after a couple weeks...especially on the weekends.

it's def. a way to stay on top of what you're eating and to see your progress though.

and before you freak out about the price, oh cheap one, i think you can get it on amazon for cheaper. and i think that brand has other styles that are ponytail compatible.

Well, the kids who live next door to me ARE the spawn of Satan. In fact most of the apartment kids seem to be. I guess apartment living means letting your kids be complete assholes.

Hate.

THat helmet looks fierce...not that I have to worry about ponytails...but I do need a helmet...not a $64 dollar one though...but I do want one that doesn't look stupid, and from what I've found cheap ones almost always look stupid on me.

I skipped the gym today - and will probably not be able to go until Sunday at this point as my mom's coming into town tomorrow and it looks like we'll be going non-stop.

That sucks...I always thought that maybe I had some mutant head because helmets always looks so stupid on me - that's when I discovered that if you spend more you don't look like a dope. I've just never gotten around to spending more.

I'll have to check out Amazon when it comes time to buy one...to see this alleged cheaper helmets

yeah, i recently discovered this too, when i was at the sporting goods store the other day. my current helmet is so ugly, clunky, and it doesn't fit quite right - it wobbles.

Oh well, I thought I'd ask, they say it never hurts to ask. But as it turns out it does, oh it does.

How about...Well turn me upside down and paint me blue!
