St.Ives, I've never been to this part of Cornwall before but I can't wait, it looks beautiful in pictures!

I want to visit Cornwall. It looks absolutely beautiful.

Have you been watching the recent series with Caroline Quentin touring around? It sold the place to me. It's on ITV player if you're interested.

I'll be having Quorn Stir Fry with Bok Choy, Cabbage, Carrots and Bean Sprouts, followed by a Pear, Redcurrant, Raspberry and Sultana Fruit Salad with Almond Dressing.

Overcooked smoked sausage and cabbage. Good thing I didn't burn the house down. So, I've always been afraid of leaving the house, with the oven on. Well, I had a couple hours of work to do, today, but I wanted to try this recipe that my aunt told me about last week. I always ASSumed, since my stove is only a couple of years old, that if I fired up the oven, then set the TIMER, that the timer would shut it off, when the timer ran out. I doesn't work that way, folks! Learn from my mistake.

So it still tasted pretty good, although the sausage and cabbage were brown(not burned) from being heated for about 90 minutes longer than the recipe called for.

Apparently, oven timers serve no function, other than to say, "hey YOU, turn the damned oven off".
