What did I teach you???

HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE!!!! This should be any drinker's routine. As part of my diet, I drink at least 2 liters of water every afternoon(whether I want it or not), and never have a problem.

I'm not exactly a novice drinker myself . I just hadn't realised how much I'd had - very unusual for me - and felt perfectly sober until the walk home. Damn fresh air will do it every time! I then got in at 12.30am (so not late!), poured a large glass of water, sat down on the sofa to drink it.. and woke up several hours later with the glass untouched! Oops!

I set up a Facebook page for the Cat Sanctuary I work at today, and I may have already gotten my first featured Cat re-homed. I'm so thrilled for the little fluffy thing! He's a complete wallflower who is rarely noticed by prospective owners, which makes it even better.

Haha. I was so tired last night, that I came home from my gig, poured a glass of wine for myself, sat down on the couch, and woke up this morning at 8AM, wine untouched.
It didn't help that my satellite TV was out, and I was enjoying the silence. The silence put me straight to sleep!

So you had wine for breakfast? Very healthy way to start the day - one of your 5 a day (grapes!)

And he'd be welcome to strum a little tune on me!

Well done Bee! I'm a cat lover and always got them via my local Cat Orphanage charity who simply cannot find enough homes.

Oh, yay! That's such a lovely thing for you to have done, Bee I hope it helps many cats.

I feel like a 70 year old, I just woke up from a nana nap. And it was lovely.
