Over the shoppers noise at Walmart last night .I thought I heard Rhiannon over the PA.End up some other artist singing something else.LOL..
It would be alittle strange hearing oldies on Walmarts PA system. They played U2 1980's tune and maybe thats the earliest they play there. My local ShopRite plays oldies all the time from the 1950's and 60's.

Working overnight at my company's plant on a machine startup, and the plant's PA system music included "Edge Of Seventeen."

I heard Think About Me in my local Walmart about a month ago. I know it was a single but I never hear that song on the radio or in stores.

Say You Love Me came on the good classic rock station here and after the song the DJ talked about how Christine was selling her house. She said the house looked exactly how you would expect Christine McVie's house to look.

Although technically not FM, I heard "Ebony Eyes" played today, on the same classic rock station "Hypnotized" was played on several weeks ago! Long live Bob Welch!!
What's really special and cool about this station, is that in addition to playing the hits of yesterday, new material from classic rockers is played as well! |

Just today, I heard As Long As You Follow in a Steinmart in Athens, and then Don't Stop, followed immediately by Little Lies on 97.1.. Needless to say I panicked and made sure everyone was okay

So apparently 97.1 is doing a "Classic Rock Block" where they play 2-3 songs from different classic rock bands at a time. Fleetwood Mac came on again, and this time they played Landslide, Tusk, and Second Hand News

What a great night shopping at Walmart tonight musically via their PA system .First I heard "Go Your Own Way" and about 25 minutes later I heard "EO17" .Also great because their PA system was loud tonight.

Was in NYC a few weeks ago and decided to get tickets for Top of the Rock. Before you take the elevator to the top there is a huge screen where they show what happens in Rockefeller Center to make the waiting less annoying. We already passed the screen but I looked back and saw a snippet of Fleetwood Mac's performance during the Today Show at Rockefeller Plaza.

I had never heard the song Gold by John Stewart before. A couple weeks ago I heard it on the radio and I thought it sounded like Stevie so I googled it and sure enough it was her.
I heard Gold again today in my brothers car, he has satellite radio and I always turn on The Bridge. Gold by John Stewart came on then right after it, Monday Morning came on, then after Monday Morning they played one of those little promos with a montage of songs and the announcer guy's voice says "The Bridge we play 70s and 80s light rock." The first song that played in that little promo was Little Lies. |

Last night I had dinner at a nice Italian restaurant in Long Beach. After we ordered, they played The Dance version of "Landslide." Not so unexpected really, but before we were done eating, they also played "Leather and Lace."
