actually my dear, the "twinkie defense" became moot right after whatshisname used it. People got enraged and said NO MORE! Its funny, I can recall the name of the victim, I know the details about the murder, double murder actually, I saw the documentary on the story, but I CANT RECALL THE DOOFUS' NAME THAT DID THE SHOOTING! WHY?
