Oh my Goodness. I forgot about Jeff Kenney.

and gldstwmn is right.. there was even a red carpet roll out thread for the transplants. the fact of the matter is that at some point, most everyone gets blasted around here for something they say or do.. the noobs are no different and shouldn't act like they are just because they came from somewhere else.

I think Jeff Kenney should buy the site, just to sort of close the circle -- like a road home after a long journey.
I thought you couldn't stand him?

Yes... if Marty and Lis are willing to accept Monopoly money. The last time I met up with Brian a couple of years ago he was still renting a room in a small house way out in the boonies of eastern Nassau County (Long Island). And he has this strange fetish for pre-owned "expensive" luxury cars, which he tended to wreck with frightening consistency. But who knows... maybe he hit a windfall during the past couple of years , but given his inability to successfully finance that private Stevie show, I doubt he has the liquidity to buy the Penguin and the Ledge. Plus given his persona non grata status around here, I doubt he would bother.

And I am sure Marty and Lis are looking for way more than $2000. I'll bet the fleetwoodmac.net URL alone is worth more than that.

I assumed that's why he wrote his name incorrectly. Or maybe it's just bait for a chiffonhead to come barrelling in here screeching "that's NOT his name!"

I'm confused, is Jeff Kenney the nickfix owner or someone else? Isn't it John Kinney?

Edit after reading Paula's post: does this make me a chiffonhead?

Did you screech when you asked? If so, yes.

I forgot to ask - how does one bite a bucket, and why would you want to? I suppose you can kick the dust, but it doesn't work so well the other way around. Kicking the big one I'm not sure about.......
