Hee- doggie antler pics. I hope Clancy gets better soon!

So, I dog-sat for Mark, one of the attorneys I work for...an adorable beagle named Boshi and she's a total sweetheart. However, she has major separation anxiety issues. The first (and only) time I left her alone in the house, she pulled down 8 of my vertical blind panels and proceeded to gnaw on them. I came home to a mess of 'em scattered around the floor, and couldn't get mad at her, I just laughed and said, "What did you do? Your daddy's gonna pay for that!" Mark and his wife were totally cool about it and offered to reimburse me for the damage, I knew they would be. Anyway, take a look! She looks guiltier in the second pic, and note the filthy paw marks on the ones that would have been next to come down.

The fact that they left me her leash, doggy treats and tranquilizers - not a good sign. She's totally used to being at their house alone all day, but she also has a doggie door there. I think she was trying to create one at my house. I took her to work w/ me yesterday and today. She literally can not be alone for more than 10 seconds, follows you everywhere. I told her that despite her bad breath and anxiety issues, I still lubbed her and she was welcome back anytime!

Her coloring is really cool....and I LOVE the rolling around in the sunbeam pic...


I didn't have antlers, but while at my sisters on Christmas Eve we stumbled across donkey ears my nephew wore in a Nativity play several years ago....Clancy was thrilled...
