135 with a beer gut? Dude, so not attractive!

That's what happens when weight is your singular objective. It's much better to be 165 with a flat stomach.

Oh, not really a beer gut, but yeah, a little stomach fat is the only thing I have left to get rid of. And I was rid of it....but I've been a little lazy the past few months, and put on 7-8 lbs.

I've heard of this myself, and unfortunately know people who actually took it as a serious inspiration. To me it's not completely different to the websites advising people how to commit suicide. Just as dangerous, in my opinion. Anorexia and Bulimia are suicide. Just slower forms of it.
