Sharon Celani told me she didn't want to go on stage with them during London's Unleashed show because she thought she would need a drink, which she didn't want to do after going to rehab to stop. I got the impression that it was much more recent than The Dance.

I didn't either until Sharon mentioned it. But now that I think about it, I met Sharon during a break from the Unleashed tour, and I think she was talking about why Christine didn't make an appearance on the SYW tour, so the rehab probably was quite a while back.

Stevie also speculated that Misty Day could have been raped by wolves. Mostly abandoned babies are RAISED by wolves, not raped by them, Stevenator.

Last week or so, when I was talking about Christine being in love, that was from 2001. I just found the interview. It was Stevie talking to a Massachusetts radio station in August 2001.

Valerie: You’re listening to Spotlight on Stevie Nicks, as we hear Fleetwood Mac, and Stevie’s female counterpart, Christine McVie. Stevie told me what Chistine’s up to these days, and joining another reunion of Fleetwood Mac is, apparently, not on her agenda.

Stevie: Well, she has a castle, you know, an incredible English castle , and she’s an incredible chef, and she’s an incredible gardener and she has lots of dogs and animals, and, she’s probably got horses by now and I think she’s going out with somebody. I think she’s in love. She’s not leaving.

Interesting on that Billboard interview which Stevie just gave that she doesn't really know if she believes that Christine wants to rejoin. The interview seemed far more riddled with doubt than some of the others I've read.

I honestly think that she's just playing coy. It seems pretty much like the stage is set for Christine to return. John needs to wind down his treatments, and then Fleetwood Mac has to fulfill it's 3 (non Christine) show obligations. The band won't announce anything official until those are taken care of. After that, all their managers, etc will probably gather & hammer out the details. I just don't think any of them can say anything terribly official until some of these things have come to pass.
