![]() I much prefer the 1986 demo to what Lindsey did with it. It’s easy for me to hear how the classic Fleetwood-McVie-McVie groove would have worked with the song. I liked Lindsey’s vocal arrangement in the final version, but the island tiki bar vibe doesn’t work for the song. It feels like he was trying to mold the song into his creative vision for the overall project instead of doing what was right for the song.
For that matter, WISYA would have benefited from being a mid-tempo full band song, something along the line of “If Anyone Falls.”

![]() https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z8CeAHfAD2w So I am sitting at the Tiki bar in the rainforest listening to Invisible I never was impressed with the demo and IMHO it sounded like Lindsey never did too much to the song. Its better than the demo but pretty much the same thing. Its like Sweet Girl.....close to the demo. A dud demo rarely turns into a great song unless someone is thinking outside the box. There probably wasn't that much time. I could be in the minority but I wish the band would have done What has rock n roll ever done for you instead of this song or When I see you again. The Mac always wanted or preferred the pretty songs of Nicks. I like a rocker now and then. In Stevie's defense, I think her poor choice of songs for Tango was she wanted to contribute something fresh and new. She was thinking...."I still got this" With her rehab stint in the middle I doubt she wanted to revist old songs with the Mac. But too bad they didn't because Running Through The Garden would have been an incredible Tango track with her RAL rasp.
