Ignore list - Page 4

Wow, I'm surprised that so many people have individuals on their "ignore" list! It would kill me to put anyone on my "ignore" list. I would be wondering what they were saying. I figure if they can dish it out, I can dish it back and vice versa.

Man, can't we all just get along!

It is hard not to look sometimes, but the people I have on mine were consistently so irritating that I didn't need to look. Cause it was always the same stuff.

Actually, I wouldn't do it even if I could. Debating someone who's as hard-headed as I am, can be a lot of fun.

Yeah, but there was one person even I couldn't handle. That's like Shaft finding a bad guy whose ass he couldn't kick.

It's been years since someone genuinely got my goat (uh-oh, I'm leaving myself wide open for a Stevie joke!)... since I learned how fun it can be to see how long you can get someone to keep debating you.
(I should not admit this, but sometimes I play "Devil's Advocate" just to liven things up, even if I actually agree with what the person's saying.)

I don't have people on ignore b/c I argue with them, I have them on b/c they are irritating.

The ignore list is something I'd never do. I find pointless arguments actually quite enjoyable.

I've wanted to put several people on ignore, but I don't since I realize this is a public forum. That's not to say I still don't consider it for everyday for 2-3 of the same people.

Wait- there is someone here who sometimes I can only see her messages if someone quotes her. But I've never put anyone on an ignore list- does that mean I'm on hers? That doesn't make sense.

No, that doesn't mean that. Sometimes people delete their posts, so you can only see the post if someone had quoted it before the person deleted it. Maybe that's what happened? Otherwise I have no idea.
