My JTIS-- I apparently have no self restraint. At all. My boyfriend and I broke up two weeks ago for...a few thousand reasons. I just invited him to our very own Kate's (xxdreamsxxunwindxx or something like that) show at a local Pittsburgh bar tonight with me and a mutual friend of ours. Because, you know, alcohol and an added person for awkwardness is exactly what's going to make this situation better for everyone involved.

Wait! Wait! It gets even better. I texted him with the details of the show. I then texted the mutual friend to let her know that, though I know it's a bad idea, I invited him.

They're together right now. Yeah. Both of their phones definitely went off and I'm sure they had the "Oh, who are you talking to?" "Marissa" "Really? Me, too." Conversation. Fukcing awesome.

Dude. Seriously. Seriously. I literally thought to myself, "It's not like I had any dignity left anyway. I may as well make this interesting." wanna be sisters of the bad life decision with me? cuz that is the only kind of life decisions i make these days. at least when there's emotions and/or sex involved.

1. I hate you. A few of my friends road tripped to Cleveland two nights ago for no good reason. Do you know how much I would have liked to have tagged along on that to see you? Instead, I had to abstain because without you, Ohio is just a festering cesspool. I mean, it was more of one when you were there, but at least it was a Carrie-filled-festering-cesspool.

2. Okay, but really. Phil goes to NYU. Is there anyone at NYU who doesn't think they're Bob Dylan? I have to keep up in assigning myself an overdramatic character. Also, this is a man who actually thought that saying "I'm sorry that I haven't been able to talk with you about much of this-- sorting through my emotions over you is a solitary act, one occuring mostly in the literal and figurative mirror" was a good start towards being honest with each other. Please re-read that. Then imagine my face having to hear it in real life. You're telling me you're not nostalgic/ well then give me another word for it /you, who are so good with words/ and keeping things vague Well, good with words is questionable. Unintentionally entertaining with words is definite.
