Wink suit jacket!!!!!

nobody commented on the most important thing that happened yesterday - Lindsey wore black/gray jeans (not dark blue pajama jeans he wears every other show!), and a suit jacket!! first time on this tour!!

he looked slick, firm, and amazing, but unfortunately this kind of outfit never happens at my shows

The Show was amazing and had awesome seats not in the front row but on the side of the stage lindsey's and it was perfect spot didn't miss a thing,They burned the roof the mohegan sun arena last night to a sold out pumped up rocked out crowd awesome performance by our favorite rock group fleetwood mac baby pure classic rock perfection.I couldn't stop I was so pumped up and still pumped up only got 3.5 hours of sleep so still wired I will crash some time today. It was great meeting up with everyone before the show and after. So Glad got to meet up with my friends on the message board we had a blast and great crowd.I hope they do come around one more time for Connecticut.Everyone was in tip top form all songs in set list from opening and performed with pure perfection and fire love, love, love them last night is the reason why they are my favorite rock band and singer/songwriters since I was 9yrs old back in 1979.You never want the show to end it was that good and I was exhausted afterwards being so pumped at the show to me its a religious experience seeing Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham perform.

UNCASVILLE _ Fleetwood Mac performed a sold out show at Mohegan Sun Arena on Saturday night, offering up over two hours of music culled from a historic, Hall of Fame career. Now a quartet due to the departure of Christine McVie who has spurned the touring life, the group of Stevie Nicks, John McVie, Lindsey Buckingham, and Mick Fleetwood delivered 22 songs over the course of their set.

It was essentially a “greatest hits” styled performance, although the band did drum up a new song that Buckingham revealed would be part of an EP release due out in the week ahead. The song, “Sad Angel,” fit in well when bookended by the mid 70s hits “Rhiannon,” and “Dreams.”

Other than that foray into new material and a way-back peek at the Buckingham-Nicks song “Without You,” there were few surprises on the evening, unless of course you were expecting anything less than a raucous and inspired performance from a group that is in its fifth decade of touring.

As was the case with recent classic rock concerts from Eric Clapton and Bob Dylan, Fleetwood Mac has staked their claim on the arena concert circuit and aren’t likely to relinquish it until something better (or even as good) arrives to fill the void.

They opened with “Second Hand News,” and followed it with “The Chain.” After “Dreams” and “Rhiannon,” they were able to scrape the rust off of “Tusk,” pulling out the title track and the hit “Sara” before Buckingham’s solo acoustic version of “Looking Out for Love.” Nicks joined him on stage and the two offered a duet on “Landslide.”

Hit after hit after hit…

“We have come to take you away from your everyday problems,” said Nicks at the start of the show. “The journey starts now.”

The journey included Buckingham and Nicks sharing an acoustic “Never Going Back Again,” a full band “Gypsy,” and “Gold Dust Woman,” and a Buckingham guitar solo that brought the crowd to its feet. The band closed out the set with “Stand Back,” and “Go Your Own Way.”

The encore began with “World Turning,” and a tolerable Fleetwood drum solo before the sing-along “Don’t Stop.” The band was called back for another turn and opened the second encore with “Silver Spring.”

I've been affected by my fellow Ledgies.Remembering how Michele said she had been to many FM concerts on the same tour and that no two shows were alike were powerful words that really stuck with me. It was with this vigor that I viewed my Fleetwood Mac last night at Mohegan Sun. I loved this show. From the first note to the last I was entranced by my band. Vocally, everyone was spot on throughout. Stevie and Lindsey both looked absolutely fabulous as the front runners. Seeing Stevie appear to be in the best shape of her adult life felt so good. I couldn't help but think how her parents would have been so proud had they seen their daughter rule the stage the way she did last night. It was a great audience too. Though they tell every gathering group of fans many of the same compliments every night, the Mohegan audience got a few new statements from Stevie. So far I haven't seen a youtube clip that captured the full words Stevie said to us after Landslide but I will keep looking out for one. She was so impressed with our singing and praised us for it and then did her own clapping over the microphone for all of us. I could see the same excitement in her face that we were singing in tune with them on GYOW.
As many times as I have complained about the stale setlist I had a remewed sensibility last night. A few times I said out loud to myself, "OMG I am seeing FM right now, in 2013!" A casual fan would never have guessed they sang these same songs millions of times. Each song was a special treat, performed with excitement and meant to thrill this crowd. And when they were good they were very, very good.
Another highlight for me was after the show really getting some quality time to spend with Caitlin,Skip,Steven, Donna and the great friend who came with me. My friend and I made a whole day of enjoyment spending time at the casino gambling, eating, people watching, talking to strangers, eating ice cream and leaving there the winners that we are.

All of the videos shot from the side of the stage were done by me. Really surprised more haven't surfaced, there were a lot of videos being shot last night (despite being told no cameras several times by security at the start of the show). Hope someone got an audio of the whole show, the audio is great on my videos, but the view is kind of crappy ( was better in person).

Hi all.I'm still dead from last night.I got there around 6:30pm with my friends which they always tag along to the Connecticut shows with me since 2007.

I had a ball last night at the Mohegan Sun.
The concert was awesome.Stevie was awesome as always.Lindsey was on fire with his guitar .Mick and John keeping the band on time as always .

For a band that there in their 60's kick a$$ last night for over two hours of continuous entertainment .

Most people at that age are ready to retire and work part time as Walmart greeters.I have nothing against doing a greeting job there.

I loved the new tunes and again Lindsey said they will get released next week.

The sound was great. The lighting was great. The jumbo video in the center was great as my friend said.

I had goosebumps when Sisters came on.It was so great to hear Sisters live.I hope they wont drop it.John done an awesome job thumping on his bass. Thanks John you are the best.

As Landslide came on .I shed a tear thinking of my parents and my late sister which was a couple of years younger then Stevie.

Mick was great hammering out his solo in World Turning.

Stevie sang her heart out on Standback,Dreams,Silversprings.Gypsy,Sara.

Stevie look so beautiful,Slim her hair was so beautiful and wonder if she is trying to catch up to Crystal Gayle 's hair length.

It was a pleasure to bump into all of you Ledgies at the show.As I was thinking of the past as I went to the concerts on my own and have nobody to chat to .

Advent of the internet and the forums got all of us together into one big FM family and have fun at the shows. Most of you probably agree with me.

I want to thank Mark ,Steven,Caitlin and Donna and other friends for you time to chat last night I enjoy it very much.

We thought we will get away with shooting vids in the section we were sitting in.we got flash lighted from security during Gypsy,in other then that he did not bother us on taking photos.I still have to go through the photos and vids before I share them here.

I will add more when it come to me.

Very well stated and it's great to still be able to look at them with the eyes of a child or the ears of a new listener after all of these years. Of course, you can't do this always. Sometimes, Dreams and NGBA do seem stale, but GDW and GYOW can feel as fresh as 1977. They define the meaning of what Madonna said, "like a virgin, touched for the very first time...."

Hopefully Lindsey's wardrobe change is permanent. In the Toronto thread, a reviewer mentioned that Lindsey threw his leather jacket into the crowd at the end of the concert. Maybe he never got it back, (although I'm sure that he has more than 1).
