I know how you feel about cheerfully amounting to nothing. To me, my high school reunions are a lot like the movie Romy and Michelle's High School Reunion. 'Cept I would never say I invented Post it Notes. That's very cool your mum rode the bus with Roger Taylor. And that guy helped you cheat on your exam. I had a guy in my computer programming class help me with our end of year project (well, okay... he actually did it for me) and he ended up working for a major Hollywood special effects studio.

Paul Rudd graduated from my high school- he dated my cousin and came with her a couple of times to babysit me & my brother when I was a kid. I clearly recall walking in on them making out.

Well, let's see...

Bobby Grich (former 2nd baseman for the California Angels & Baltimore Orioles back in the 70s & 80s) He was starting shortstop in baseball (the Orioles moved him to 2b since they already had an all-star shortstop named Mark Belanger), starting QB in football and starting point guard in basketball. Definitely the BMOC the three years he was there.

Bob Bailey (former 3rd baseman for the Pittsburgh Pirates & Los Angeles Dodgers back in the mid-60s)

Jim Pagliaroni (former catcher for the Boston Red Sox back in the early '60s)

Dennis Dummit (former starting UCLA quarterback...in high school he was the 2nd string QB behind Bobby Grich)

Jeff Burroughs (former outfielder for the Texas Rangers)

Sean Burroughs (current third baseman for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays; and son of Jeff Burroughs)

Jeff Severson (former defensive back for the Washington Redskins)

Laura Baugh (pro golfer on WPGA tour back in the mid/late 70s, early '80s) And the only one on this list from MY graduating class

Paul Goydos (pro golfer on PGA tour)

Billie Jean King (legendary women's tennis star)

Pat McCormick (two-time Olympic gold medalist in women's diving)

Bruce Brown (pro surfing champion)

Brad Nowell (late lead singer of the band Sublime)

Camryn Manheim (actress...formerly on The Practice, currently on the Ghost Whisperer)

Bad Azz (rapper, Snoop Dogg's collaborator)

Donald Coscarelli (horror film director...most well-known for the Phantasm series)

And unfortunately, even an INFAMOUS alum:

Jeremy Strohmeyer (molested & murdered 7 year old Sherrice Iverson in a Primm, Nevada casino in 1997)

I don't know if anyone outside of the UK will have heard of him but I went to school with Gian Sammarco who played Adrian Mole in the TV series.
