I'm serious. I have no preference. There's something from every era(Christine Perfect/Chicken Shack, 1970-1974, 1975-1987, 1988-1995 to The Dance to In The Meantime) that I love. I'm just as happy listening to those Chicken Shack records as her Fleetwood Mac records as her solo records. I don't love everything from each era. I don't particularly like her voice during the very, very early years. And her song writing was not as good as later on. But, I LOVE her blues piano from those years. I could listen to her play piano on those Chicken Shack records all day.

Well, that just about covers it. I wonder what she sounded like playing those old Everly Brothers songs on her guitar.

I agree. I think her singing got a lot better with the years and her songwriting improved a great deal too.

If I absolutely had to say I would say from about 1973 onwards.

Yes...I'd say specifically the Penguin album, as far as her singing goes.

That's my favorite Christine Era, too.

Even though he's not well regarded around here, Eddy Quintela really seemed to have brought the best out of Chris, IMO.

Hey now...I'm a tenor as well!

I just take it down an octave when I sing along with Chris.

Well, ditto then on the estrogen!
I usually take Johnny Cash's songs DOWN a half step! Alot of them are in F(HEY, he's got something in common with ole what's her name!), and they're much easier to play(because of the ring of open strings) in E.
What's your regular high note? I can almost always hit A's, with ease. B's aren't so easy anymore(never were, actually).
