I can't say I've ever noticed it either.

He's from Australia, but from what I can tell, he turns the accent on and off. I saw him on the TV Guide Channel promoting last season of Nip/Tuck and it's THICK when he uses it.

Of course, the far more talented and handsomer Jackman can do an American Western accent (in song no less), an American accent, and many others.

Oh. weird. Maybe he could fake a great british accent then. He just moved higher on my list.

He's not better looking than McMahon, dude. I like Jackman, but not as Bond. And he's too busy with those X-Men movies, anyway!

I've never seen a James Bond movie and can't say I'm terribly interested in them....but I'll jump on the Huch Jackman truck...because I <3 him He's very nice to look at and putting him in a Bond movie might actually motivate me to sit through one

I wouldn't be opposed to Jude Law, either, even though he's so not Bond.

My favorite Bond rumor was that they were looking at Dougray Scott. Mmm. Drool.

I dunno. I can see the potential in Daniel Craig. Or, more accurately- I totally don't care. I mean, the Bond movies suck anyways now, so who cares if they have a sucktastic new Bond?

I do think Hugh Jackman would make a totally sucky Bond, though.

I think Jude could easily be Bond. It would be a new paradigm, "blond Bond"
I don't know enough about Evil bond nemesis guy to say if he will be good or not. Heck, maybe he will! Could he be worse than Dalton or Moore? Doubt.
"le Choppers" hehehehehe. LeGay Choppers. I would like to add that I DO like Bond movies, therefore I DO care. mmmm, high tec gadgets, smarmy cute men, evil nemeses, hot chicks, near sex scenes, and stunts, stunts, stunts!!!!

There's nobody I've seen lately that can fill Brosnan's well polished Church's shoes and Brioni suit..

It's a shame but I feel he's such a tough one to follow that nobody will work. Even two of Pierce's 4 films were crap in my opinion (Tomorrow Never Dies and Die Another Day) although the other two are amongst the finest in the series.

Ewan McGregor would be great but he's too good an actor to do it. (Can't have Obi-Wan as Bond too!)

Hugh Jackoff is well, there you go...

Daniel Craig is f**kin' balding, which Bond isn't. Owen isn't tough enough. Dougray Scott would be a good choice I guess but until the next film is finished I'm reserving judgement...

He's not British dude, look at Lazenby's creation, totally crap in what is one of, if not THE best Bond film..

He's a British agent and should remain so.. In fact he's English so if you remove all the previous non English Bond's you are left with dear Roger Moore.

Jackman is OK but he ain't Bond...
