I don't seem to know any of the actors in Hollywood anymore.
But this girl is pretty talented I think. Just give her a wig and we're good to go! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZDKna...rYI_UfF1N-MZvg |

Didn't read the whole thread don't have time. But I knows it's been mentioned before.....Matthew Rhys from "The Americans" would certainly work for a Rumours/Tusk era LB, actually I think he could LB up through the dance.

It HAS to be Bradley Cooper as Lindsey Buckingham. I don't really think any other actor can do it. Just has to be him. If ever there was an actor born to play a role - this is it.

This right here. You just nailed it. I'm sure Gemma Arterton would look great with blonde hair and Nicholas Hoult could wear platform shoes. But what about Amber Heard as Stevie? Also, If there is ever to be a movie made about Fleetwood mac, it has to have a lot of cocaine and alcohol and weed. Last edited by Wdm6789; 03-19-2014 at 07:13 PM.. |

Alexz Johnson as a 1976 Stevie Carey Mulligan as a 1976 Christine Robert Pattinson as a 1976 Mick Nicholas Hoult as a 1976 Johnny Mac Really stumped for Lindsey. I'd say Bradley Cooper but he's too old for 1976. He'd be perfect for a TITN sequel. Maybe Shia Lebouf...some people might argue they have similar personalities. |

Imagine the drama here over casting if a movie was made.

Carey Mulligan is a good choice for Christine. They would need actors in their late 20s-early 30s to play the band members.

Hmm, I'm thinking:
Melissa McCarthy for Stevie Will Ferrell for Mick Tina Fey for Christine Bill Hader for Lindsey (might as well stick with the proven!) Jack Black for John

We've had Queen, we'll soon have Elton John. I've read there are also upcoming films about James Brown, Miles Davis, Iggy Pop, Jimi Hendrix and Motley Crue. The music biopic is the in-thing. They need to get on and get that Fleetwood Mac story in the works.
Though I'd update my previous choices; Starting in 1974 and ending in 1980... Mick Fleetwood: Robert Pattinson Might be a bit 'pretty' but he rocks a beard and he's tall...not as tall as Mick but he's up there. John McVie: Daniel Radcliffe He has the understated look. Christine McVie: Carey Mulligan I'll stick with my previous choice; She's beautiful but in a plain sort of way. Lindsey Buckingham: Zac Efron He's got the eyes. And he can sing. Stevie Nicks: Taylor Swift Brings the necessary star quality...and the idea of her singing opposite Zac Efron...wow

Elton John had input and gave his blessing to his biopic; Queen were involved in all aspects of the making of BR.... Tina Turner had control over the Broadway show about her; same with Cher and the show about her....
Can you possibly imagine all of the Rumours 5 agreeing on ANYTHING?? Especially now? You know Stevie and her people would want so much control and stories told from her perspective... even after she's not around anymore. You know LB will never go for that, nor KB if she represents him if the worst should happen. Mick will just take the money. John likely won't want to participate and rehash his life stories. Christine...hard to say. I just don't see an authorized/blessed FM movie. Ever. Maybe Stevie will give someone her blessing to do a movie all about HER. Maybe. But I don't see a book or movie or whatever about the band that would be green-lit by all 5. Just my tuppence.

I had many dreams (pun intended) for such a movie.
I no longer care. But Zac Enron is a superb choice for Lindsey. Kudos on that.
