"Cougar Run" from Mickey Hart's At The Edge album. For those unfamiliar, Mickey is one of the Grateful Dead's drummers...this album is very similar sounding to his album Planet Drum that was played before Fleetwood Mac hit the stage during The Dance tour. (At The Edge was his album just prior to Planet Drum)

I'm currently playing the first season of Nip/Tuck. I can't wait for the new season to see what happend to Christian.

I'll probably put Franz on next.

I agree

In fact I'm listening to the "Chariot," the song, right now.

Choice In the Matter - Aimee Mann

"Row, row, row your boat gently down the stream, I hope you drown and never come back"

Best line ever.

Ooh, love that lyric above, my favorite cover band guys do a mean rendition.

I'm listening to Ms Raitt, You've Been in Love too Long

"Don't you know girls, you've been in love too long (You're a fool for your baby.)?"

Oh! Livia posted a link to a review that said it her show wasn't very good. Did she do any of her new songs like King of the Jailhouse? I can't wait for the new friggin' album. Keep checking her site because they put three new full-length tracks up every week to listen to.

I don't know if she played new stuff...she didn't really say, "hey, this is a new song" and I don't know her entire catalogue. I will say this: her voice is absolutely AMAZING! That was the highlight of the show. Her band was kind of lackluster, but she? I love that voice! She also said that she had only been in Austin for two hours and it was already driving her nuts. I suppose the SXSW bum rush was getting to her. I know the feeling completely.

Save Me, Driving Sideways, and Wise Up were my faves of the night. One of her people was in the audience giving out cards to download one of her new songs. I got one, but I haven't listened to it yet. I'm intrigued by the new album.

She has one of the most expressive voices ever recorded and it certainly helps that she's one of the best songwriters out there.

Driving Sideways rawks. The title for her new album, "The Forgotten Arm," is intriguing in itself. Right now, they have Little Bombs, Video, and That's How I Knew This Story Would Break My Heart up on her site. I swear, it's her finest work yet. Video is just beautiful and the lyrics to Little Bombs are stunning in every sense of the word. Definitely check them out, you won't be disappointed.
