I remember him saying that maybe in 2005 or 2006. They asked him if he was in touch with FM and I was happy that he interpreted the question as including Chris, since she'd been away from the band for years. I think he was having arguments with Mick and Stevie and considered them in "cahoots". Of John he said he didn't talk to him, but that they were never that close anyway.

John always seems to be somewhat of an outsider - if it wasn't for his close friendship with Mick he'd cut an even lonelier figure!

Always thought John is cool though!

John used to talk more publicly in the old days. Maybe he still does behind the scenes.

What do you mean was?

He still is one of the better looking men of his age, I have to admit. I see men (or even younger) of his age every day and they look awful in comparison (portly, skin like a wet burlap sack, face like a smacked arse). Though I suppose living in a Milling Village does have an effect on the elder generation of men. Watching a group of them having a discussion is like watching a version of the "Four Yorkshiremen" sketch...
