yeah, i quit the gym b/c it was expensive and my car died. i think this week will be the last week for bike riding. i have a couple cardio dvd's and a pilates dvd, though. i'm also going to get a yoga dvd - i think that will help a lot with the anxiety.

Yoga does amazing things for the mind and body - the feeling of peace and well-being I have after doing YOga...oh nothing beats it.

In the meantime just take care of yourself...what you're going through does not sound at all pleasant...

I couldn't even watch her doing the tapes because it pretty much made my physically ill.
