If she is dead, it would not make any sense for her to die that way. Delphine and Marie are just dead. That should suffice, if you are tired of clichés.

There's no reason to weakly kill the star of the 3 year old series off in the penultimate episode in a lame way. When she met Axeman she was one step ahead of him. Not letting on that she saw the dead body in the tub until the end. He thought he was artfully seducing and getting one over on her and he wasn't.

Why would she suddenly be one step behind him now?

Why The New 'Coven' Supreme May Have Been In Plain Sight All Along On 'American Horror Story'

Huffington Post predictions

Ryan Murphy already told Entertainment Weekly that Nicks would be back in the cold opening of the season finale, and a Reddit user pointed out that "Seven Wonders," the title of Wednesday's final episode, is also the title of a Fleetwood Mac song. Will the episode open on Nicks' performance of the song as the girls prep for the big challenge? What a perfect opening ceremony for the Witchlympics!

Like most everyone I know, Jessica Lange is my favorite actor of the show yet again this season. However, I actually hope she is truly dead for the season. It just seems like we've had such little character development from the younger women this season compared to her. We're starting to finally see Queenie come into her own. I want to see more of that. Cordelia's powers seem to be back again- what will become of those? Madison seems to be gradually becoming less relevant- will she stay that way? Little time has been dedicated to Kyle's now complete recovery- will he kill one of the witches? Is Zoey's only power still f*cking people to death? There are too many questions I want answered in this last episode. I adore Fiona, but I'd rather have her out of the way so some of these things can be addressed.

Yeah, that's a lot to wish for with just one hour to go. I not only expect to see Fiona again, but maybe Nan too. Not to mention Stevie. So, they're cramming a lot in.

their dead and stevie is doing the cold opener 2 -3 minutes top... minus commercials they have 20 minutes to wrap it up ..... or do they , maybe after the 1950's series they'll revisit the witches ..... why not
The Saprono's had a non definitive ending

Yes, I don't expect Stevie to take up a lot of screen time, but I expect the Seven Wonders ritual with them performing feats will eat up a lot of time, so we won't really be delving into their characters.

Plus, I doubt Fiona and Nan are dead, but that doesn't mean that reveal has to take a long time. It can be the twist at the end. Well, I think Fiona will come at the end. Nan will come sooner.

Usually I don't watch this show right away. I let it sit on the DVR, but I think I will have to get to this episode immediately to keep from being spoiled.

They have more than 20 minutes. The show has an hour block but often runs 5-7 minutes over, minus commercials they typically have anywhere from 40-50 minutes of actual screen time.

I think Nan's dead. She was escorted out by Papa Legbe... in fact I think Ryan Murphy actually confirmed in an interview after that episode airs that that was indeed the last of her for this season (not to say he couldn't have been lying intentionally to throw people off, though).

Well, I shouldn't have said that she's not dead. But I thought we might see her doing something in the other realm where Legba resides, but if Ryan said she was gone for the season that's that. She's not an important enough character for him to do a sleight of hand and deny it.

We have to keep in mind that he said Madison was really dead several months back, too. I think you're right, though- Nan still has a part to play, even if it's from the other side. She's going to help someone at a key moment is my guess.

I keep hoping we won't hear Seven Wonders tomorrow, though. I'm going to be totally heartbroken if the show doesn't implement Sisters Of The Moon.

I will be very suprised if she does Seven Wonders since Sandy Stewart wrote it. I'm hoping for New Orleans since the whole season takes place there. Stevie walking the streets with that song playing....it could be the music video we never got. At any rate, I'm glad the information hasn't leaked so that it will be a big suprise for us all.

I haven't seen much of this thread, but for a cursory glance now and then. I wanted to share though, that I've not watched any of this season of American Horror Story. I've been DVRing the whole season, I've even managed to avoid commercials! That's why I've avoided this thread.

But I wanted to say that I'm excited to watch it! I'm going to wait until it's done, and marathon-watch the whole season in one lazy weekend.

Friends will call me and say "OMG have you been watching American Horror Story?!??!" because they want to tell me that Stevie was in it.
