An EP (at the very least) is not etched in stone, but neither is her return. Yet.

the only thing i see stopping that is if John's health turns to worse.

Christine has not only written, but already recorded several songs (what did she say? 3? 5? can't remember and lazy to search). and we know MoM have also recorded additional 5. they just have to add each others' vocals, tweak them some, and they are done. Lindsey and Christine both want to put new songs out... the only thing that can stop that is band politics.

either Brown Eyes or Isn't It Midnight... or possibly World Turning (especially since Mick needs his showcase drum solo).
Maybe even Little Lies.

Since "World Turning" is 50/50 Lindsey and Christine, I listed that in the "all" category.

I mostly agree with you, but I don't think Silver Springs is totally etched.

Then too Everywhere. Common sense dictates that they should play it because of the pony, but they're kind of psychotic. They would find an odd reason NOT to play it. I'm kind of proud of myself because I mentioned Mick's VIP package and that got Fleetwood Mac mentioned on a podcast and one of the hosts said that now that Christine was returning, he'd go see their show because Everywhere is his favorite song.

Also, I know you didn't bold it, but Eyes of the World is very iffy, to me.

i was shocked they did Eyes again on this tour. but i think that was because to keep the pace in the set with just Stevie's and Lindsey's songs, basically ALL his songs they use need to be rocking or midtempo, since she has practically none. when Christine is there, she has a mix of different tempo songs so it can free him to do something slower instead of Eyes. (did i mention Walk A Thin Line? )

yeah i would too if it were up to me, but with 8 songs each that would take them up to 26 songs... they don't do that. they do 10 min ramblings instead.

They did 26 songs on "The Dance" tour.

Maybe Christine's legendary sarcasm/English wit will curb some of that.

Yes, I don't think we'll have 9 minute stories with Christine there.

I will miss them a great deal though, to be honest.

I don't know if you can count on Christine's wit to save anything. Every time Lindsey asked, "isn't this weird" she answered "that is pretty weird" just like she did on the DVD. You'd have thought she would switch it up a little, since he wouldn't.

in bold are songs set in stone (i.e. the ones that history has shown us they will never ever change). that means that if they each get 8 songs, maybe there is a room for Stevie to change 1 song, Lindsey 2, and Christine 3.
I Think you have nailed it. I hope they replace Over my head (which isn't as great live) with Hold me or LIttle Lies. Or do both and get rid of Oh Daddy. Plus the other poster is right, there will probably be one new song from her.

If I thought that none of Stevie's songs were rocking or midtempo, I would have killed myself a long time ago.

They USED to rock...It's been about 30 years.

Which reminds me, not only could Rhiannon get re-rocked, but they could try SOTM for one more tour and rev things up this time.

I never understood why you perceive it that way. "Little Lies" is not the ABBA song. "Everywhere" is. Maybe it's even too wimpy to be ABBA. It's more Leo Sayer. No wait, he's even more rock than "Everywhere". There is no song ever recorded that is less rock and more glossy pop schlock than "Everywhere".
