Of course it's far fetched and whatnot, but let me dream a little! Like I said, it's really been a rough few weeks, so the fact that I'm looking forward to something (potentially seeing Stevie on this tour, ON my birthday), is great. But I do know where you're coming from.
I think you are great Ethan! We should all go after our dreams even if they may be far fetched, especially while you have been having a hard time. Keep dreaming big Ethan! Keeping your dreams alive and being able to still have hope despite the negativity shows what true character you have. I believe in you Ethan, don't let anyone discourage you!

If he's just having fun I say let him be. I don't ever crush anyones dreams because we all have them so I just let people be.

I'm not trying to dash his dreams. I agree that people should dream big and go after those dreams. But Ethan is not doing anything to make his dream a reality. Instead of making a thread asking people to help make his dream come true for him, he should do something to try to make it happen himself. He will more than likely never play with Stevie but if he has musical aspirations, he could try to make it in the music business himself.

And, fwiw, the only reason this bugs me at all is because Ethan has been on this board for years and still acts the same way he always has. I was shocked to see him post that he was going to be turning 21. He comes across as way younger and more naive than that.
