Thumbs up Nothing...

I hate when people purchase me presents (I love giving them however), I argue with them to save their money and this year it finally worked. So I am happy.

Christmas was so exciting!!!
I got so much awesome stuff...

-Rumours shirt
-A pair of boots
-A new coat
-The new Sugarand CD
-Two box sets of old movies and Bones on DVD
-A yoga mat
-5 new books
-Homemade Baklava from my grandma
-Various small things/ gift cards
-The group of us 4 kids my dad got us the playstation move and rock band 3
-And finally my favorite is my grandma made everyone a book of family recipes with a personal note in each of our individual books. It made me cry. It was so sweet and possibly the best gift I could have gotten. I'm crying again thinking about it.

Yes. Like I said, this is our third year running, of no presents exchanged. No pressure, of getting something they'll like. No spending money that you can't afford to spend. Just getting to spend your day with your loved ones. The PERFEKT gift.

Ditto. I like to give throughout the year, and have never been comfortable with the commercialized pretense of the holiday season.

So jealous of all the way cool Fleetwood Mac stuff you got! You did good! I basically asked for the same amount of Fleetwood Mac & Stevie stuff, but only got the Crystal Visions DVD, oh well, there is always my birthday. I think my Mom doesn't want to buy me too much Stevie/Mac things because she thinks I am way too obsessed with them & need to be weened off them

louie - you knew I'd have to comment on this! Pictures?? The only DeLorean shirt I've seen is a Back To The Future/Flux Capacitor one - I bought it immediately! Fair point, I've not looked too hard yet though... I really think I need to borrow your car sometime man!

I got Left 4 Dead 2, an Apple Magic Mouse, the newest Coheed and Cambria album, a George Forman grill, and $50 cash. Overall, not a bad xmas.

And that's the most important. I know that here in France, Christmas = presents. And that's a pity. My family is far away, and i would give all the gifts and money in the world just to spend one Christmas with them. Anyway, my parents are buying me a Fender Telecaster, and that's awesome.

I fell into the Charlie Brown category too this year, for the first time in years. Harumph! In all fairness, there were only two names on my Nice list. (refer to #3 on my New Years Resolution list in the thread of same name - LOL!)

My heart yearns for a Christmas like HomerMcVie's.
