It's just that everyone's opinion of what is socially acceptable is different, and everything's changed with the internet. I mean, I would never dream of telling an acquaintance my medication regimen, but others love to share. Is it that they seek attention, or I'm too rigid in my medical confidentiality?

I read this wrong, the first time, because I made ONE menstrual joke(quite some time ago), and I thought "I" was being pigeonholed(make your own joke, here).

I'm 100% anti-censorship, but NO, I don't want to hear about "I just had sex", or advice on giving blowjobs. The only thing that I thought WAS getting out of hand, was too many Chit Chat things in the other forums. It doesn't bother me(hardly at all), BUT, I'd noticed that a few regular Ledgies, have almost quit posting(and these are people who rarely post in Chit Chat). I can only ASSume that they don't care for all the chit chat, in the MUSIC forums. And I hate to see them leave, and hope that I'm wrong, that all the chit chat in "their" forums, hasn't run them off. I DO think that chit chat belongs IN Chit Chat, though. Does Bop belong in Pre-Rumours? Probably not.


The "what are you eating" thread? If that doesn't SCREAM, "don't read me, unless you have no life!", I don't know what does! BTW, I love that thread!

Of course. And often I use, er, different words. You know, like "Dude, I really don't give a ****" or, alternately, "You're an idiot" depending on what's being said. But the ultimate outcome is the same: I just move on to the next post.

Well personally I have shared here what antidepressants I take, in the past, because there's such a stigma about the disease and taking meds for it. So many people just try to buck up and take it. I did that for about 10 years and it is VERY hard to treat depression that you've had for that long. So, in the interest that I could possibly help someone avoid that, I have shared that information. So no, it wasn't for attention. Although sometimes I probably do post for attention.
