Fruits and veggies with grains a close second.

Unfortunately, however, not too far behind those are high-sugar baked goods (donuts, brownies, cake, cookies, etc.) and dairy. I eat way too much dairy. Not an ounce of red meat though (or non-red meat, for that matter).

JK - I often combine my fat with carbs too, it's just so tasty. And as a side note - holy crap, that partially hydrogenated **** is in EVERY snack food! It's really pissing me off.
