I love that article. She's just out there with her opinions, I think that's the best way to be.

I can see why she & Warren Zevon got on so well.
Too bad she's geting political - now we know Stevie will never invite her to work on her album.

Their voices would go together like oil and water.

And being political ahs never stopped Stevie before, she even had one of the most notorious liberals produce half of her album.

They also announced on Countdown that all military personnel in Iraq and their family members in the States have the right to free cosmetic surgery from the government.

Nice to know where the money being stolen from veterans is going.

Ha! That's for you, the viewer to decide. Put another nickel in the slot machine if you love Jesus.

I put another nickel in the slot when Rev.Jerry "My ass is a slot machine, But it only takes silver dollars" Falwell says "Gamb-lin'" is a sin (Almost like fornicatin' but Rev.Jerry says that's alrigh' as long as you do like he did with his Mama in that outhouse in that there porno mag-i-zine.)

I think it could sound nice. Like on Insider, when Stevie sang all up and around and downtown and over the mound on Tom Petty's more staid vocal, Linda could do that with Stevie. I'd love to hear it, anyways.

I don't think so. Linda has such a high voice and Stevie has such a low voice that it wouldn't sound right. Linda doesn't have any rasp to her voice, whereas someone like Sheryl Crow does. I hated Too Far From Texas not just because it was a bad song but because her voice did not go well with Natalie's. She blended perfectly with Macy Gray, IMO, because Gray has a really low voice.

ok, we'll have to ATD(agree to disagree) cause i really like TFFT. I like when stuff doesn't blend perfectly, it makes it stand out, for one reason.

Question: Over all their years of performing has FM ever used the stage as a platform for voicing their opinions? Just curious.

I like TFFT too. Stevie's & Natalie's voices go together because they both have a nasal quality.

As far as Stevie & Linda, I was just referring to Waddy's Q & A references to his Arizona ladies.

I don't think so, but Lindsey borders on it when he does some of his speeches before his songs.
