voted for GNR, been listening to 'em for 20 years now (My older brother owned the viynl "Live $%^& Like A Suicide")
The upcoming 4 SOLD OUT GNR shows in NYC should be interesting...

Guns'n'roses. Not because of their importance, but because of one of the best debut albums ever.
Further: I'm more of a sonic youth-guy then a pixies-guy. I'm more of a pearl jam-soundgarden-screaming trees-guy than a nirvana-guy. And the peppers did and do what mothers finest did two or three decades earlier and they did and do it better. Combining funk with hardrock/metal. They simply have more soul. The rest of the list is just nice, nothing more.
