Well, Waylon Jennings did a cover of it, as well as GDW.

I don't think that was the first time... I heard MG did an event for Sony corporate several months ago and she was there.

Still happy about Gretchen's win! Yay!

Angry Umm...

I don't like to be rude, but to all the haters who think Keith didn't deserve that award...

kiss it.

That is all.

Have a nice day.

P.S. This post not directed to any posts here, but elsewhere, which is kinda stupid, but just thought I'd hit all the boards. LOL

attention, But I did notice the blonde female/dark haired male BG singers. Bekka sing's background vocals on Montgomery Gentry's newest album "You Do Your Thing"...MG did not have backing vocalists on tour when they played at Ft.Sill back in July (Great show!!!) but I have heard that Bekka Bramlett may be touring with MG to help fill out the backing vocals.

Kinda funny, They (MG) should've played "She Loved Me" with it's obvious Fleetwood Mac lyric appreciative nod instead of "Gone":

"Twin guitars & Twenty minute jams,
'TUSK', 'Cocaine' and 'Sweet Home Alabam'
I know I had her in the palm of my hand
When I stepped into the spotlight..."

I was convinced that BIG & RICH were going to win this year. I think even B&D thought B&R were going to win, too.

It was a tough year...we had two or three favorites nominated in the same category in almost every category.
