Speaking of...can I pre-order the vinyl version, and where exactly do we find that? I have a really great turntable and I think I've used it once.

Yeah, well that was a legit emergency! I was out of the country for Gahdssake. Besides...we're all here to help one another, eh? *wink*

You can get it from amazon.com or a whole bunch of other sites. I was just looking for the best deal I could find (not done looking yet) but if you google "Gift of Screws vinyl" and go to any site that is an online store then you should find a bunch of places to get it. If I find any really good deals on it then I'll let you know. The best price so far is $20 and, as far as I'm concerned, that's a frickin steal! £10 (plus postage) for a high quality vinyl and a CD copy? Yoink!

After all, he's written plenty of new songs since then and the only old songs he seems to be using are the ones he already had properly recorded. I predict that none of the other Village Recorder songs will see the light of day
What other ones are missing?

PS...yeah, I already pre-ordered the CD and I may just buy the vinyl version too!
I bet BLY never had his pic taken with Lindsey. And he probably doesn't own a Turner! SEE, you're still special. (and impatient!)

Well, I've not decided yet... Buck isn't coming anywhere near Florida...so we'd have to book flights, hotel, etc...and I am just not in the mood to do that...what with all our spending going towards immigration.

A non-demo studio version of My Little Demon
Given Thing
Steve's Riff
Blue Turns to Grey (Stones cover, I think)

I guess that's not as many as I remembered. The other songs were real rough demos of TTFTS, SGCYM, DOR, She Smiled Sweetly and Deep Dense.

Well they said the guitar was "96%" complete. They said they'd have it ready to send within a week. That was 3 weeks ago now. They've said something pretty similar to that 4 or 5 times before in the preceding months. It all boils down to the fact that I paid them 4 Gs over a year a go. A YEAR. I could've had a custom house built in that amount of time. And you guys laugh about me being IMPATIENT...but I've been more than patient with Mr. Turner. This whole situation is just silly. The hard part is that Turner is a really nice guy...they just suck as businessmen.
