Since my pain reliever of choice was not up there I chose that I slap Ouisa Boudreaux.

In reality I take Ibuprofen

I very rarely take pain medication, even otc, unless I've had a surgery or something. But for aches/pains etc-I just bear it usually.

It's usually a cocktail of Ibuprophen, Motörhead, and some ass-kickin'.

Oh...but we do have Aspirin...maybe that's the generic name for it? I think the main pain relieving ingredient in it is Acetomenophin (I don't know how badly I just butchered that word) - and that is the main ingredient in Tylenol.

Tylenol is acetaminophen, aspirin is made out of aspirin. Then there is ibuprofen, which is Advil and Motrin and the like.
For some reason, acetaminophen doesn't make my headaches go away at all.

I take nothing generally.. an aspirin maybe if a headache is very bad or if I'm driving a long way. Otherwise it's just uhh.. steely resolve in the face of overwhelming pain and suffering

Aspirin is acetylsalicylic acid (acetosal)
Motrin/Advil are ibuprofen
Tylenol/Paracetemol are acetominophen
Aleve is naproxen sodium (I think)

I prefer ibuprofen or aspirin, but it jacks up my stomach so badly I have to take crappy Tylenol.

Ah..ok...I didn't realize Aspirin wasn't acetominophen...but it makes sense...

I don't know what I'd do without Ibuprofen...I love it, and am so glad it doesn't wrack out my tummy...it's the only pain reliever that seems to work for me.

Yep, me too. I love Ibuprofen. It's better than all the rest.

And, you're not supposed to take acetomenaphine if you like to drink!

I'm just afraid of OD'ing on acetomenaphin...so I just don't take it. Oh, actually I do have some Tylenol PMs for the rare occassion I can't get to sleep...otherwise, it's all Ibuprofen all the time.
