Hey, why wasn't she wearing a low cut top for the show like the one she wore to the IYD premiere? I guess she didn't want to break John's heart too much.

Her top seems to be loose enough to give people a show when she looks down, though (but I blame it on the small maracas). But maybe she didn't want to break his heart.

Unfortunately, I don't think a shorter tour will help either, because Chris has a fear of flying. So unless the band is willing to take a bus from city to city or schedule the shows with enough time in between for Chis to take a bus or maybe a train to the next city, I don't think she will be able to tour with the band for any significant period of time. But who knows I could be wrong, and I really hope that I am.

That she was willing to fly from London to Maui to LA is pretty significant in itself. Maybe she's getting professional help with overcoming the fear of flying, but who knows? I think some members would be willing to travel by bus (maybe one could accompany her?), but some aren't.

We've already talked about the remedy
for this. The Griswold Station wagon.

It could be the European Vacation Tour.

But not everyone goes to the LB board, so not everyone saw that. But yes, that's a great idea

Speaking of which, someone on Twitter dubbed Chris as the Helen Mirren of Rock and Roll. I did like the cami Chris wore in the IYD premiere but I wouldn't go for a neckline lower than that.

Wouldn't it be a laugh to see all 5 members
get out of that old car to do a show. I guess
Stevie could ride on top.

I didn't see the premiere cami. But I've got
to say in my most politically incorrect fashion,
that Helen Mirren is the oldest woman I've ever
been attracted to. What a woman. No offense
to Stevie or Christine.

The question is: Who's driving?

I love Helen Mirren, so any comparisons to her I'll take as compliments.

That's easy...Christine. Who's more use to
driving on the wrong side of the road?

Helen Mirren is one hot mamacita.

then while she plays her choice of music in the car, the adult children (Lindsey, Stevie, Mick) whine about her choices while John simply does not give a f*ck

Lindsey: Chris, can you just--
Christine: Shut up, Lindsey. It's your own fault you forgot to bring your headphones.

Incidentally, the tour was launched in Vancouver. Your point is invalid. No offense intended, I am half Irish so I do have some right to make the point I made.
It's a forum, anyone can chip in, and all points are relevant and valid. And you know I'm referring to the tour:European leg -was launched in Dublin, as Stevie herself even said “I think Dublin is the best place to start up again after 47 shows in the US''. You could have quarter, fifth, half, tenth nationalities it doesn't give you a magic right to piss all over a city's musical importance. Spent much time in Dublin have you? Probably not.

I have actually, but that's hardly the point. London has far greater musical impact. I can't quite remember who the quote came from - I think it may have been Bjorn from Abba that once said "if you make in the UK, you've made it!". The UK and US charts have far more impact than any other and as such, the music industry in both is bigger and has more cultural impact than any other. The UK press would've gone more wild over Chris performing in London than they would Dublin, regardless of the internet.

Plus, as someone has already pointed out, London is where Fleetwood Mac started and it's Christine's local gig.

For all of those reasons, it made far more sense for her to perform in London rather than Dublin.

Hey, I'm from Yorkshire. Up here, we have ZERO musical importance. Chris appearing in Manchester wouldn't have had as big of an impact as it did with London. London has HUGE musical buzz. Sorry, but a fact is a fact - no other European city has the same musical impact as London. Sure, cities have their own music circuit and culture, but not on such a huge scale. A big musical event in London has an impact that is felt in the music industry and music press all over Europe, whereas no other city really has that effect.

As nice as it is for Christine to perform in the Dublin shows as sort of a warm-up (large crowds, but smaller fanfare) and I still wish she did, London does have a far greater musical impact than other European cities.

Okay, I'm going slightly off topic here, but I wish Christine would get a Twitter account, if only as a means to give her something to do plus a means to connect to people. She sounds like someone who would benefit from it and has the resiliency to withstand criticism. Then again, she probably wouldn't give a flying f**k.
