Thanks ! My husband was supposed to be Gandalf.. I made his clothes from old bedsheets and dyed them grey.

Last Sunday was such a sunny,warm day that i took a walk at Antwerp's oldest and largest cemetary (which is just a 15 minute walk from our house).
Some might find it macabre, but i have always loved this place, so i took some pictures to share with all of you:

Thank you. It's a bit of a mix between Pere Lachaise in Paris and Highgate in Londen. I love it...

Those are beautiful, Suze. I like the one especially titled: Another favorite. That one looks more primal and austere; more "real". She looks like she's invoking some serious primal sh*t. Goddess, old school.
Cemeteries are pretty. I've only been to one, it wasn't nice, it was a military cemetery so it was all uniform headstones.

P.S. Jaz, how'd you get that photo of Miss Havisham?

That one was hidden for years because a cypres tree had grown right in front of it. When they cut it down (it was ruining the gravestones next to it) they found this statue. You "adopt" some of the graves at this cemetery, but unfortunately this one is not up for that or it would have been mine by now
There is also a military section (and a children's section but that's just to sad) that i want to go see and take some more pictures one of these days.
If they turn out anything decent, i'll post them here.
