Okay, you are fantastic looking. And I love the hair and makeup--the whole effect recalls the best kind of '90s gothic.

So, I've been meaning to do this for a while. I was in Egypt in early January (right before the protests began), and I thought I would post a few pics. It's a staggeringly beautiful place to visit. One of my favorite trips ever--I feel so blessed to have been.
A distant relative put together a group of about 50 of her family members and friends, including my grandmother, mother, sister and me. We sailed up and down the Nile, and spent a few days in Cairo. All of these are of my sister and me--I'm the taller one in the brown jacket and then the aubergine scarf.
