Free lunch at work! Pasta & broccoli tossed with olive oil, Caesar salad, baked chicken, and 1/2 a mini canoli. Passed on the mashed potatoes, gravy & bread.

I love salmon.

I had a Granny Smith apple for breakfast - w/ peanut butter.

Just ate a chicken salad sandwich and a melon/berry fruit salad mix.

I love salmon, but it has to be done with a sweet sauce, like teriyaki or miso glazed. I don't care for it done savory style. There is a restaurant in the Chicago area called Wildfire and they do a sweet plank roasted salmon that is positively ORGASMIC!!!! All Ledgies in the Chi area chime in if you have had it or gone to Wildfire. Sooo good.
