Had a lettuce salad with feta cheese, sunflower seeds, cukes, tomatoes & light bleu cheese dressing.

I'm having a wonderful baked eggplant parmesan from Trader Joe's. I never tried it before. Only 150 calories.

Just had a salad (all romaine) with that new salad dressing spritzer stuff - only 30 calories...yea.

Then I had a sandwich with a bag of baked Doritos...I love lunch.

But I'm looking forward to dinner which tonight will be baked chicken, zucchini and mashed potatoes made healthily...

Love those spritzers! Asian Silk is amazing. I actually brought it with me today, but realized I had eaten almost NO fat today & that's not good. So I went with the light bleu instead.

I'm having whole wheat spagetti & turkey meatballs with marinara saucetonight for dinner. A piece of garlic toast too, perhaps. Your dinner sounds delish too, btw.

Ooh..your dinner sounds good too! Now I want garlic toast

And yes, the spritzers are great - I've not tried Asian Silk - I'll pick that one up next...I have the balsamic right now and I try the red wine one but didn't like it...it's only recent that I even considered eating salad dressing other than Bleu Cheese so it's a big deal for me

I'm already really hungry and want my dinner...but in the meantime..I'll eat my snack: a 100 calorie bag of light popcorn.

BTW, everyone, I just read a thing, and I've read it before. You really need to have some fat with your veggies in order to most effectively absorb the vitamins/nutrients/antioxidents. I'm sure most of you have at least olive oil/vinegar dressing, but some might use fat free dressing, and so, I wanted to tell those people.
