Like, duh, if I had known I wouldn't be doing it in plain sight.

I got a ticket for One Hundred freakin' dollars!!!

Don't you know who I am? I'm Vivica freakin' Fox!!!
Yes They bust balls here in CT,Years back I got pinched by a local cop without my seatbelt on ,at that time the fine was $35.00.

Don't feel too bad. I got pulled over one time because a COP
thought I was laughing at him (or them). What a goof.

Rather than pay that ticket, I sent in the slip requesting a court date. I'm gonna fight it.

JTIS that I have been in my new house for like 2 weeks now, and the stove/oven is broken, and my landlord is a doucherocket of epic proportions who keeps dicking around about fixing it, and that is really annoying.

But it has forced me to come up with creative ways to make food that doesn't suck with naught but my microwave, various Hello Kitty small appliances, George Foreman grill, and groovy giant Crock Pot.

Making pasta in the microwave is not ideal, but will do. But I did manage to modify my usual homemade Bolognese enough to approximate an actually decent microwave version! That was cool. I am not going to try to make any of my other usual pasta sauces in the microwave, though, because the ingredients are spendy and if I muck it up in the nuker, I will be out money and also grumpy.

But the major revelation? NOW I CAN MAKE AN OMELETTE! I love cooking, and I am a pretty advanced chef (yeah, that's right, betch, you just watch me thicken a cream sauce with a beurre manié without it tasting floury - go on, watch me!), but I cannot for the life of my consistently make an omelette that doesn't fall apart. Sure, I can do it every once in a while, and then I don't want to eat it because it's folded so nicely and it's not ripped up with all the good stuff oozing out of the middle, but I can't do it every time. More like...1 in 5.

But it turns out if you use a glass pie plate in the microwave on half-power, you make a perfect little egg circle that folds over with no problem. SCORE!

Yeah, I'm easily pleased.

Next time on Zombie Improvises the **** Out of Stuff, individual quiche au fromage in the Hello Kitty waffle iron! Can she do it? Only time will tell. Oh, the suspense!

Just stumbled across this hilarious craigslist ad. Woman seeking man:

Looking for my personal manslave. - 87

Vivacious woman seeks much younger male to make her wildest fantasies a reality. I want to spend my last years golden.

STDs don't bother me. I'm on my way out anyway. Must have stamina. You don't have to worry about biting with this mouth.

CraigsList is amazing. I read the personal ads on there all the time, some of them are just flat-out hilarious (unintentionally).
