I don't recall hearing her say she enjoyed jabs about her weight. I remember her saying some of the jokes on Letterman she enjoyed, like the treadmill, etc. But not insults about her weight. So -whatever. We can have our own opinions. Don't get all upset. Why are you upset about what I say, but you think for a fact she would not be upset by this? I say it's a no-brainer that she would not laugh about this but would be a bit annoyed or upset (because it's supposedly her biggest fans making fun of her). Why don't you print it off and send it to her via Nicks Fix questions with your name and phone number? Maybe she will answer and let us all know....

Don't worry. I'll stop making my own suggestions and posting my opinions. Seems to be the mood around here....gotta love it....

If you can't realize that the Letterman jabs were about her weight, then I have no desire to converse with someone who obviously has no grasp of the jokes.

US: A couple of years ago, David Letterman mercilessly tormented you by showing clips from your "Stand Back' video, where you appear to be walking backward on a treadmill. Did this upset you?

Stevie: No, I loved it. People think I don't have a sense of humor about myself, but I'm here to tell you that I do. A friend of mine made a compilation tape of all the shows Dave spoofed me on, and I watched it in hysterics. You couldn't pay for that amount of publicity.

Why bring negativity into a thread that people enjoy reading and posting in? I started these parodies as something fun for folks to do and now we're being looked down upon for doing so. Amazing.
