I don't have Floyd's Division Bell. I'm going to have to do something
about that.

Jaycee, I would by the Shine On box set too but I have most of the
material already (including the remasters of "The Wall", "Wish You
Were Here" and "The Final Cut"). That box set seems a little expensive.
But it sure we be cool to have.

Christina Aguilera-Back To Basics: This album is so good to me. I love the R&B feel, and it compliments her incredible voice so well. I am soooo stoked for her new album that is coming out in June! The first single from it, Not Myself Tonight, is incredible. It's so refreshing to hear a pop veteran that outshines Lady Gaga. I am so sick of hearing about Lady Gaga in every conversation, every website...etc.

Nice random Carpenters tune there! A great cover from Bugsy Malone and one of the best songs on Voice Of The Heart. I also love Now from that album and especially their Bonnie Raitt cover - Two Lives.

Right now I'm listening to Tusk - Sara at the moment actually.

Style Council. One of the first groups I remember seeing/hearing on American Bandstand (I want to say fall '85?) Yeah. Well, they came up in a conversation tonight, and since this is one of 12-15 songs I explicitly remember from back then (in the moment), here ya go!

My friend bought a Phil Collins CD yesterday and we went for a drive, rocking out to Phil :')

I'm listening to Depeche Mode - Blasphemous Rumours/Somebody 7" single, on a seriously dodgy but very much loved, ancient record player

"Tuesday's Dead" - Cat Stevens
From Teaser And The Firecat. I've been huge on Cat Stevens since I saw Darren Cooper perform "Peace Train: The Cat Stevens Story" two weeks ago! That was my second favourite concert behind Unleashed - quite an accomplishment, considering it wasn't actually Yusuf! Anyway, I was already quite a big fan of the Cat, but after that concert I bought the Deluxe Editions of Tea For The Tillerman and Teaser And The Firecat, despite both being a crippling $32 each! (I've never bought albums above $20 unless they were a gift for someone else.) Even my stepdad David, who never seemed very interested in Cat Stevens, bought TVBOCS (CD + DVD) the day after the concert, even though I owned Remember Cat Stevens, which is very similar!

Kind of a tribute concert, right ?
I absolutely love Cat Stevens. Have you seen Harold and Maude ? Cause you should. Cat did the soundtrack. Such a passionate artist, and Tea for the Tillerman gotta be one of my favourite albums ever.

The Family and the Fishing Net-Peter Gabriel

I love this man. Funny though not to keen on his Genesis years. I think he really hit his stride solo.
