I loves me some mid-80's Carly! Her single most underrated album was 1985's Spoiled Girl, which was pretty much considered to be her first unqualified artistic/commercial bomb album. Yes, it's very much an artifact of its time, even moreso than Rock a Little, but the songs were so catchy and well-written. If you like "Why," you should definitely check this out if you don't have it already.

I'm especially fond of her 70s output, but I really do LOVE Why and, of course, Let The River Run! Why just gets better with every listen. I may well check out Spoiled Girl soon...

...and I can't recommend Hello Big Man enough either. "Orpheus" is my favorite song of hers, period.
