Listening to Bonnie's stuff, it's just mind-boggling how she couldn't have gotten the recognition she did after she released Nick Of Time much earlier...there's very little difference in "sound", in "production", in "song choice quality", in "performance". It's almost as if those Grammys for Nick Of Time were "career achievement" awards, rather than for that particular album itself. There were earlier albums that definitely were of higher quality than that one (Sweet Forgiveness...The Glow...Home, to name three)
