she used to have a green card i believe? so that would expire because she has not been in the US every 6 months since she moved back to the UK.

but she's an old woman, plus a millionaire, those kinds of people get tourist visas that last for months and years without any problems. of course, since she's actually working here, i don't know what kind of visa she would need.

but she may have taken the US citizenship at some point, and i fully suspect she has. if she has dual citizenship (i'm guessing that's what Mick and John both have) than she can come and go as she pleases.

I know that John and Mick are duals (as am I) but not sure on Chris. The US requires all citizens to file tax returns so citizenship not always worth it if planning to move back home (the UK doesn't do this). There is a special entertainer visa that musicians, actors, etc get for work over here so I would imagine she has something like that.

Not sure about the U.S. but remember the trouble Stevie got in by working (singing on a few songs at a Tom Petty Show) when she had a tourist visa in Australia...She (CM) would need some kind of working Visa and sometimes they are temporary ...

i'm talking for visa purposes. someone close to me who's about that age gets US visa for 2-3 years usually.

Another slightly different but quite interesting (to me, at least) example of handholding during the interview.
